Where can I buy tickets?
THE ALLEY BOX OFFICE (No Service Fees): Open during all shows 7PM - 10:30PM
ONLINE: Go to Events Page - Reserve your tickets from home, and pick them up at The Alley Box Office with photo ID or confirmation print out the night of show!


We are not responsible for lost tickets.
Please avoid any problems by keeping your tickets in a safe place.
Tickets may be bought night of any show at THE ALLEY box office providing show is not sold out.
It is recommended to purchase in advance to guarantee getting into show!
Why no Ticketmaster? Simple - to save you money!


What's the parking situation?
Parking is Free and is available in the parking lots or on the street.
There will be no drinking or use of drugs within THE ALLEY parking lots.
Those found to violate will be ejected from the premises.
No loitering in parking lot will be tolerated.
Proceed directly to the line.



THE ALLEY Online Ticketing?
STEP ONE: Go to Events Page. Click the BUY NOW link and go to the ticket purchase page.
STEP TWO: Fill in the ticket quantity you want and click add to cart.
STEP THREE: Review your order and click checkout.
STEP FOUR: If existing customer, fill in email and password. If new user, Click Enter Billing Information.
STEP FIVE: Fill in all required information.
STEP SIX: Verify all info is correct.
STEP SEVEN: Enter credit card info.
STEP EIGHT: Print confirmation page.

Bring printed confirmation page and/or photo ID to box office night of show to pick up your ticket(s).

NOTE: THE ALLEY will not accept scalped or name transferred tickets.



Ticket Refunds?
Unless otherwise stated, (due to show cancellation), there are no refunds after purchase of Online Tickets or from THE ALLEY Box Office.



When do doors open for a show?
THE ALLEY doors generally open @ 7PM.
Opening acts will begin shortly thereafter.



What shouldn't I bring to a show?
THE ALLEY will not tolerate any exposed racist tattoos or symbols.
THE ALLEY will also not tolerate any gang clothing.
THE ALLEY security reserves the right to search those entering the venue.
Do not bring large bags, any object that could be used as a weapon, alcohol, drugs, pen markers, knives, guns (toys or otherwise) sharp objects, bottles, cans, food or beverage, video recorders or audio recording devices.
At the sole discretion of THE ALLEY Security, items that are construed as a violation of the above, will be confiscated.



SOLD OUT?
SOLD OUT SHOWS are sold out.
THE ALLEY does not release tickets after shows are sold out.

Yes, dancing is allowed at THE ALLEY.
Crowd surfing and / or stage diving is prohibited.
Violence of any kind is prohibited.
You will be ejected from the venue. NO REFUNDS.

Upon entry to THE ALLEY you are assuming all risk of injury resulting from, or in connection to actions taken place within the venue.
No employee or affiliated promoter, company, or sponsor will be responsible for personal damage or injury within the venue at any time.
The Alley is not responsible for any damages or injuries even due to negligence.



Are THE ALLEY facilities available for rental?
THE ALLEY facilities are available upon request to any organization requiring space for legal function.

Parental Questions / Concerns?
Our shows run between 7PM and 11PM. ATTENDEES ARE NOT ALLOWED MULTIPLE ENTRIES. Once they pay, they have to stay inside during the event. Unless of course, they re-pay the entry fee. It is illegal to consume alcohol outside the venue and this area is also patrolled. This is a safe environment for your child's entertainment experience. Other venues (including Chuck E Cheese) serve alcohol without a separation and larger concert venues and sports arenas do not monitor minors mingling with drinking adults. We are very different. The stage area for all ages shows is usually standing room only. This stage area is visible from almost anywhere in the venue which makes monitoring children very easy. Bathrooms are easily accessible for all ages, and we invite and encourage parents to attend ALL AGES shows to see first hand what your child is experiencing and we guarantee that the safety of all of our patrons always comes first.  Thank you for your inquiry and enjoy the show!



Downtown Fullerton?
Downtown Fullerton is the new hot spot of Orange County. With over 40 restaurants / bars / cafes all within walking distance, we want you to come to the area for our show, but stay in Downtown Fullerton after the show for the nightlife! Blacklisted Bands?
Some people have been asking us if we (like other venues) will blacklist certain bands if they go play at other venues. This could not be further from the truth. In fact, we encourage it! This will help artists to develop and promote the overall music scene.



ADA Compliant?
The Alley is an ADA compliant venue. However, persons requiring special accommodations to attend the concerts are asked to notify us in advance. Parking for the disabled is available around the venue in designated spaces.
